Tony McQuay — Educate Coach

Tony McQuay is an Education Coach with a deep-rooted passion for supporting children in foster care. With firsthand experience as a former Youth Advocate, McQuay brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every student he serves.

In addition to his work in youth advocacy, McQuay is a 2x Olympic Gold & Silver medalist who competed in the 2012/2016 Olympic Games. His journey as an elite athlete reflects the same values he brings to work with young people—discipline, resilience, and belief in what’s possible.

Having worked directly with foster youth, McQuay understands the unique challenges these young people face and believes that consistent encouragement, access to education, and strong mentorship can change lives. Today, as an Education Coach, he continues to advocate for foster children by helping them overcome academic barriers, set meaningful goals, and feel seen, supported, and empowered.
