Rachael Oney — Development Coordinator

Rachael Oney is a Development Coordinator at The Foundation for Foster Children, supporting donor engagement, stewardship, events, and social media. She brings a background in outreach, development, and event planning, with experience at organizations including Shepherd’s Hope and Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Rachael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from Rollins College and first gained exposure to the nonprofit sector through volunteer work with Ronald McDonald House, where her service reinforced the importance of mission-driven organizations and community impact. She lives in Winter Park and enjoys exploring Central Florida and traveling.
