Kyle McNeil — Executive Assistant

Kyle Melodie McNeil began her career in the non-profit sector through personal need and discovering a heart to serve. After being laid off from a human resource position at a central Florida manufacturing facility, she had to seek assistance at a local non-profit. That entity saw something in Kyle and hired her as a Case Worker for a program named Mother’s Helping Mothers. Kyle found her passion and has worked with local non-profit organizations since that time. Opportunities to serve were from Case Worker to Stewardship Manager managing emergency funds at United Way, to Director of Development and Fundraising at The Salvation Army. After a brief retirement, Kyle found her home at Foundation for Foster Children as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Kyle has two adult sons who are a Doctor of Social Work and a Ph.D., a daughter-in-law, a daughter-in-love, and a grand doggie named “Shelly Ann” who are the loves and joy of her life. Kyle is humbly proud of her sons if you can believe that and she enjoys exploring and celebrating her family history.
