This consent and release form grants permission to Foundation for Foster Children for the use of testimonies, photograph(s) or electronic media images.

Tutoring Guardian Agreement

This form confirms your commitment to supporting your student’s success in the Educate Tutoring Program by providing access to sessions, monitoring academic performance, and maintaining communication with FFC.

Anthony loves all things cars, and was overjoyed when he got the opportunity to intern at Field’s BMW for Summer of 2023. He worked diligently in the kitchen, preparing food for customers. During his time there, he gained valuable work experience, several friendships, and memories to last a lifetime. Anthony will graduate from high school in Spring of 2024, and he hopes to become a chef. "I feel like I've accomplished a lifelong goal"
