Edward Adessi — Grant Writer

Edward joined the Foundation for Foster Children in March 2023. Prior to joining the team as a Grant Writer in the Philanthropy Department, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as owned and operated a successful proposal writing firm in Orlando, Florida. Wanting to make a difference, Edward pursued more projects in philanthropy over the latter part of his 20 years in proposal writing. Through his volunteer work on the Scholarships Committee with The nsoro Educational Foundation, he became aware of the dire need for support and resources for foster children nationwide.
