Andrew Speers — Senior Coordinator, Programs

Andrew joined FFC in June of 2022, having moved to Central Florida from New York. Before the Foundation, Andrew worked in special education, supporting children, teens and adults in emotional learning, social skills and job skills. Andrew is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Through working with the Foundation, Andrew hopes to foster relationships with our students and continue to be of service to his community. Andrew believes in a strong foundation of compassion and wishes to provide our students with the tools they need to thrive and be the best versions of themselves.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia and dog Stevie. They enjoy cooking meals together, going to the beach and exploring the outdoors. Andrew moved to Florida to escape those harsh New York winters and enjoy a more balanced and healthier lifestyle. He is hoping to build a strong sense of community in his new home and build on his passion for helping others.
