Growing up in foster care can be incredibly isolating, but no young person should have to navigate life alone. Our Advocacy initiative walks alongside youth ages 14–24, offering consistent, one-on-one support during a critical time in their lives. Through weekly connections, advocates become trusted mentors, championing each youth’s journey toward independence, stability, and self-discovery.

Whether it’s learning to ride the bus, applying for a first job, or finding a safe place to live, advocates meet youth where they are—with heart, patience, and practical tools. They don’t just respond to immediate needs; they help foster belonging, build confidence, and open doors to a future that once felt out of reach. By collaborating with caregivers, educators, and professionals, advocates ensure every step forward is intentional, supported, and rooted in real care.
