Advocacy Services

A Supportive Path to Growth and Independence. Our Advocacy initiative is dedicated to helping youth, ages 14-24; in foster care navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, advocates offer personalized support in areas like education, housing stability, and life skills development. Advocates not only assist youth with real-time needs but also help them integrate into their community—guiding them on how to use public transportation, open a bank account, and explore job opportunities. By working closely with the youth’s broader support network, including caregivers, school staff, and other professionals, advocates ensure that their solutions are both effective and in alignment with the youth’s overall care plan.
