welcome to empower

Empower, more than mentoring - a path to confidence, agency and belonging.

Empower is a relationship-centered program that helps youth build life skills, self-belief, and a sense of belonging. Through consistent mentoring, real-world coaching, and life skills training, young people begin to see themselves not just as survivors of their circumstances- but as the champions of their own future.
