Important RSVP Instructions – Please Read Before Completing
The Main Guest is the adult responsible for the group (foster/adoptive parent, caregiver, or staff member).
- The Main Guest should be included in the total number of guests
- Use the + / – buttons to select the total number of people attending, including yourself
- You will then be asked to enter information for each attendee (Main Guest, Guest 1, Guest 2, etc.)
- Connection to Foster Care: Please select the option that best describes each individual attendee (including the main guest)
- Even though the Main Guest’s name is entered at the beginning, please enter their information again in the attendee section so we can accurately track attendance and ensure a smooth check-in.
