Jerel Ricketts — Early Literacy Coach

Jerel graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Sports Management. He has been working with youth for more than five years. His passion is to see youth and young adults grow and become the best possible version of themselves. Jerel joined the foundation because it gives him the opportunity to serve the community and people, specifically youth. His goal is that through building relationships and teaching he will be able to help instill life skills and standards that can translate to everyday life.

In his free time he loves spending time with family and friends, hiking, bike riding, and being outdoors! He also spends much of his time leading and serving in multiple areas at his church.
