Georgiana Brown — Marketing Director
Georgiana is a Marketing Director with over 10 years of experience and a proven knowledge of brand development, client relationship management, and customer acquisition and retention. Skilled in content creation, brand strategy, and communications, Georgiana prides herself on cultivating relationships with individuals from all backgrounds and leadership levels, and generating significant increases in revenue.
Most recently Georgiana served as the Marketing Manager for the United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) National Campus in Lake Nona. Joining the team shortly after the grand opening, Georgiana was responsible for the development and execution of marketing and advertising plans, and developed the strategy around marketing program results and ROI. She also managed a cross-departmental content team that included social media, public relations, and creative and video services to drive engagement and interest in the National Campus.
Prior to joining the USTA, Georgiana served as the Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales at the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. In this role she secured new corporate partner relationships with Champion, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, USTA Florida, and Orlando Health. She also created all marketing and content plans for owned and operated events, and coordinated and managed all press conferences, press releases, and outgoing communication to stakeholders.
Georgiana is inspired daily by her involvement with the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council as a troop leader, and as a mentor in the Valencia Horizon Scholars Program. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her five nieces and nephews, and representing her Alma Mater, Florida State University, in a variety of local activities.
