Jenn Pugh, CPA, SHRM-CP — Director of Finance and Administration

Jennifer joined the Foundation in October 2021. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Sociology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Jennifer is a Licensed CPA in the state of Florida.

Jennifer came to the Foundation with 7 years of accounting experience. Jennifer started in accounting in 2014 as an intern at a local church, where she eventually became the Accounting Coordinator overseeing a $6million budget and multiple locations. Jennifer then spent some time as an auditor, mainly working with Orlando construction companies. Most recently before joining the Foundation Jennifer spent 3 and a half years in FinTech with a downtown Orlando company streamlining their accounting team, creating efficiencies, and providing top leadership with relevant and reliable financial data to make informed decisions. Prior to her accounting career, Jennifer spent 11 years in retail management as a leader for such companies as PacSun, GameStop, and Staples.

Jennifer is a native Floridian and enjoys spending time with her husband and two stepchildren. Jennifer is also a fitness enthusiast enjoying CrossFit and Olympic lifting.
