Gabby Diaz — Enrichment Coordinator

Gabby joined the Foundation as an Enrichment and Summer Camp intern in May 2017 before becoming a part-time Enrichment Coordinator in  August 2017. Before working with the Foundation, Gabby interned at the Seminole County Community Services Department as a compliance intern, where she familiarized herself with government grants and federal aid programs for low to moderate incomes.

Gabby was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Miami, FL with her parents and younger sister when she was seven years old. Gabby will be graduating from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Public Administration and a minor in Nonprofit Management in Spring 2018. From there, Gabby plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management to continue to serve her community and those in need.

In her spare time, Gabby enjoys spending time with her rescue pitbull, Koda, travelling and thrift shopping.
