Eric Olin, MS — Youth Support Manager
Eric was stoked to join the Foundation in 2018, filling the new role of Youth Support Manager. Eric was drawn to the direct action support style of the Foundation, which puts youth needs and wellbeing first, while nicely counterbalancing the nondirective helping protocols of his mental health counseling career.
Eric has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including: the Department of Juvenile Justice, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, runaway and homeless youth outreach, community clinic, crisis house, behavioral health hospital, and private practice. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Florida International University, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.
A Florida native, Eric recently returned to Orlando after living in San Diego. He is excited about squeezing the most out of life, constantly trying to do it all, and do it all well. Eric loves spending time with his family, as well as mountain biking, surfing, spending time in nature, jiu-jitsu, playing music, and learning.
