DESCRIPTION:Date: Saturday\, January 24th \nLocation: KIA Center\, Orlando \nTime Commitment: Arrive by 6:00 PM (game starts at 7:00 pm) \nWe are looking for one volunteer to represent FFC at an upcoming Orlando Magic game and assist with distributing meal vouchers to attending foster families. This is a fun\, community-facing opportunity that allows you to support families while enjoying the game alongside them. \nVolunteer Requirements & Considerations:\n\nVolunteer must be 18 years or older\nVolunteer must feel comfortable attending a large\, busy stadium environment\nVolunteer must be comfortable communicating with families in person and by phone/text\nVolunteer must be able to navigate the Kia Center independently\nVolunteer is responsible for their own parking and transportation\nVolunteer should be punctual and reliable due to the time-sensitive voucher pickup\nPlease note: This opportunity takes place in a lively\, high-energy setting. We encourage volunteers to consider their own comfort level with crowds and stimulation before signing up.\n\nVolunteer Responsibilities:\n\nArrive at the Kia Center by 6:00 PM\nRepresent FFC in a professional and friendly manner\nPick up 20 meal vouchers from Customer Service at the KIA Center\nDistribute 18 meal vouchers to attending families. The volunteer may keep 2 meal vouchers\nUse the provided list of attendees and phone numbers to coordinate distribution if needed\nSit with or near the families (tickets are typically all on the same row or split between two adjacent rows)\nEnjoy the game with the families\nTake photos only if families are comfortable and consent\n\nWhat the Volunteer Will Receive:\n\nAll 20 meal vouchers (2 for the volunteer\, 18 for families. Volunteer picks them up from Customer Services at the KIA Center.)\n2 game tickets (one for the volunteer + one for a guest)\nGame tickets will be provided electronically by FFC 24 hours before the game. You must have both a Ticketmaster account and an Orlando Magic account using the same email address to receive the tickets.\nSeating is grouped so families and the volunteer are together or directly next to each other
