Charmaine Lowe — Program Manager Transition to Adulthood
Charmaine Lowe joined the Foundation for Foster Children in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida and is currently working on her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Charmaine worked at Valencia College as a Success Coach and Liaison for Community Based Care of Central Florida. She served as an advocate and coordinated services for foster youth at Valencia. Charmaine actively built on Valencia’s efforts to make college dreams a reality for those who have aged out of the foster care system.
Charmaine, who has volunteered with pregnant teens at BETA Center Orlando and abused children at Daniel Kid’s, brings to her job a passion for helping at-risk youth. She loves to see individuals succeed and do great things despite hardships. Charmaine serves as a role model, especially for our young women in care.
Charmaine is a native of Florida who enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog Gracie.
