Holly Greer served as chief operating officer and chief legal officer for CNL Financial Group and general counsel of four non-traded real estate investment trusts sponsored by CNL. In her role, she provided strategic leadership for the organization’s administrative responsibilities and oversees legal and regulatory affairs for the enterprise. Key areas of responsibility included overseeing management’s accountability of business objectives, values and essential enterprise interests. She was part of the company’s legal team since August of 2006, and previously served as general counsel and senior vice president of the legal department.

Prior to joining CNL, Ms. Greer spent seven years in private legal practice primarily at the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., in Orlando, FL.

Holly Greer is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, and received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida. In 2012, Ms. Greer was recognized as one of Real Estate Forum’s 2012 “Women of Influence in Real Estate,” and serves on the Funder’s Collaborative Advisory Board for the Central Florida Foundation Homeless Impact Fund.
