Layne currently serves on the Board of Visitors at Lake Highland Preparatory School. Layne is a former member of the Junior League of Orlando serving on the Crisis Nursery Committee; as well as the Family Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity.
Layne worked at Cushman and Wakefield in Miami FL as a real estate leasing agent before moving to Central Florida.
Layne is a lifelong resident of Florida and an alumnus of Florida State University.
