Laura currently serves on the Governing Board for the ATHENA PowerLink Program, and is a member of the Central Orange Advisory Board for SunTrust Bank, N.A. and The CIrcle of Red for the American Heart Association.
Laura has been a member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando since 1991, serving in numerous leadership positions including Vice President of the Community Council and the Membership Council, as well as chairman of the Family Support and Visitation Center. She is also a past Chairman of the Community Leadership Council for the Howard Phillips Center, a graduate of Leadership Orlando, and past President of the Florida Executive Women.
Laura is President of Eidson Insurance and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents.
She is a lifelong resident of Orlando and an alumnus of both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Florida School of Law.
