Laura currently serves on the Board of Visitors and Alumni for Lake Highland Preparatory School, the Governing Board for the ATHENA PowerLink Program, the Board of Directors of Florida Executive Women, and as a Central Orange Advisory Board member for SunTrust Bank, N.A.
Laura has been a member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando since 1991, serving in numerous leadership positions including Vice President of the Community Council and the Membership Council, as well as chairman of the Family Support and Visitation Center. She is also a past Chairman of the Community Leadership Council for the Howard Phillips Center and a graduate of Leadership Orlando.
Laura is President of Eidson Insurance and member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents.
She is a lifelong resident of Orlando and an alumnus of both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Florida School of Law.
