May is National Foster Care Month and the Foundation has been very busy with events and outreach programs that bring attention to our mission of supporting neglected and abused children in central Florida. There are over 1500 foster youth in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, with between 40-60 new children coming into care each month. There are many ways in which the FFC seeks to provide support to our local foster youth.
